Frogs

The Frogs is a half-day program, twice per week, for our youngest explorers. Many will be away from home and without a parent for the first time. They will develop independence, empathy, self-confidence, and emotional regulation, and build strength, balance and coordination from all of the outdoor play.

Tuition: $3320

Dragonflies

The Dragonflies are 4 to 6 yr olds who meet once a week for a 7 hr day of adventure and fun. Everyone needs the stamina to keep up, without needing an afternoon nap. Dragonflies should be able to get dressed and undressed mostly on their own, with only a bit of help with the trickiest bits.

Tuition: $3320

Foxes

For more mature or experienced Dragonflies or young Coyotes who still enjoy the imaginative games of the younger kids. Younger children need the stamina to keep up with their older classmates. Children develop self-confidence, and skills for leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution and risk assessment.

Tuition: $3150

Coyotes

Coyotes are school-aged kids who, through exploration and play, get to get to apply and deepen their understanding from regular school. Coyotes must be able to dress and undress from their outdoor clothing independently, look after their own belongings, and follow group rules and expectations.

This is a pay-as-you-can program, with suggested contribution of $250 per family.

Chipmunks

This is a six-week introductory program for children under 5 yrs and their adult(s), offered three times per year, in Fall, Winter and Spring. A forest school teacher will facilitate safe and fun outdoor play, teach nature skills and crafts, answer questions, and even sing a few songs.

This is a pay-as-you-can program, with suggested contribution of $250 per family.

HomeSquirrels

The HomeSquirrels is an outdoor playgroup for homeschooling (and homeschooling-curious) families with children aged 5 years and up. A forest school educator will lead weekly meet-ups that may include free play, the safe use of tools, nature skills and crafts, identification of plants and animals, and storytelling and songs.

This is a pay-as-you-can program, with suggested contribution of $150 per family.

Owls

The Owls program offers a forest school experience adapted to the unique ways of neurodivergent children with autism or an intellectual disability. They enjoy being outside, they are curious, and of course they love to play! Owls will learn, grow and connect with each other and the natural world around them.
