Role Overview

Position Details

  • Hours: 16-24 hours/week

  • Location: Remote work (Ottawa-Gatineau region)

  • Start Date: January 2025

  • Salary: $21,632 - $32,448 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic business planning and financial oversight (30%)

  • Registration and parent communications (30%)

  • Administration and Board support (30%)

  • Technology and systems management (10%)

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational growth and sustainability

  • Manage registration processes and parent communications

  • Oversee financial operations with the Board Treasurer

  • Coordinate administrative needs and support Board initiatives

  • Maintain digital systems and parent portal

Required Skills

  • Bilingual (English/French)

  • Financial management experience

  • Strong communication abilities

  • Basic tech proficiency (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Wix)

  • Independent problem-solving mindset
