Shoes and Boots

Fall

Running Shoes
For use in early Fall and late Spring on dry days. Open toe shoes are never acceptable (flip
flops, sandals).

Boots
The field is quite wet in the mornings due to the heavy dew in the Fall, so rain boots are ideal.

Winter

Indoor Shoes
Crocs, or hard soled slippers are perfect. Please ensure that they are large enough to fit over
wool socks!

Boots
Boots that are waterproof and WARM. The all season boots such as Bogs (they are rated to -30)
work well for many children. That way the same boot can be worn from October through
May. However, less active children find that they are not warm enough on our coldest winter
days.
