For the upcoming school year 2020-2021, registration will start:

  • March 9th, 2020 for internal (and alumni) registration
  • March 16th, 2020 for external registration.

Please note that both internal (current and alumni students) and external registration (new students) is on a first come, first serve basis and that we only have 12 spots per class.

Registration

2020-2021 online form 

  • March 9th, 2020 for internal (and alumni) registration

Remember registration is on a first come, first serve basis and is not complete until the membership fee ($200 ) has been received. Please wait until our registrar has confirmed a spot is available for your child before paying the membership fees.

Payment Methods

 We have 2 options for payment:

If you wish to use our email transfer option, we ask that you provide your payment for each season (see table above), in the following order:

  1. At the time of registration: Annual Membership fees (this is required to register your children, registration is not complete until the membership fee ($200) has been received.Please wait until our registrar has confirmed a spot is available for your child before paying the membership fees.
  2. By August 1st: Fall (Sept to December fees)*
  3. By Dec 18th: Winter (Jan to March fees)
  4.  By March 18th: Spring (April to June fees)
  5. *Important Note: If we do not receive your first payment by August 1st, 2020 your children’s registration will be void.
  • Option 2- Cheques

Monthly cheques addressed to Chelsea Forest School from September to June. The cheques can be sent by mail or dropped off at the school. We need ALL cheques (Sept-June) by August 1st. If we do not receive your cheques by August 1st, your children’s registration will be void.

PD Days Registration

 Use our online form to register for our PD Days. Payment accepted in person the day of.

Bursary Program
