For the upcoming school year 2019-2020, registration will start:

  • March 11th,2019 for internal (and alumni) registration
  • March 18th,2019 for external registration.

Please note that both internal (current and alumni students) and external registration (new students) is on a first come, first serve basis and that we only have 12 spots per class.

Important Note: All of our programs fees can be claimed as childcare expenses (some exception may apply for the School Age Program).

Registration

Use our online form below to register for the 2019-2020 school year. If you wish to register for 2018-2019 school year, please contact our registrar at chelseacoop1964@gmail.com

  • March 11th,2019 for internal (and alumni) registration

Register

Remember registration is on a first come, first serve basis and is not complete until membership fee ($100 ) has been received.

Payment Methods

 We have 2 options for payment:

If you wish to use our email transfer option, we ask that you provide your payment for each season (see table above), in the following order:

  1. At the time of registration: Annual Membership fees (this is required to register your children, registration is not complete until membership fee ($100 )has been received.)
  2. By August 14: Fall (Sept to December fees)
  3. By Dec 18th: Winter (Jan to March fees)
  4.  By March 18th: Spring (April to June fees)
  • Option 2- Cheques

Monthly cheques addressed to Chelsea Forest School from September to June. The cheques can be sent by mail or dropped off at the school. We need ALL cheques (Sept-June) before the beginning of the school year.

PD Days Registration

 Use our online form to register for our PD Days. Payment accepted in person the day of.

PD Day dates: 2018-19 school year: Feb. 4,11, 22, Mar 29, April 12, May 3, 24
